LNCBiz: For New and Established LNCs - In conjunction with Business Management Solutions Inc. (BMS), we have developed LNCBiz: Business and Marketing Skills For Legal Nurse Consulting. This course is essential to provide you with the best opportunity to get your business off to the right start and to avoid many common pitfalls made at the outset of entrepreneurship. It is also ideal for established Legal Nurse Consultants who want to take their business to the next level.

You Need a Business Plan - Having a business plan provides you with a deeper understanding of your business goals, a clear direction and a solid foundation for business growth. LNCBiz consists of 12 modules that can be taken at your own pace with the assistance of a business instructor. You will have one year (365 days) from date of purchase to complete the LNCBiz course. At the completion of the course you will have more knowledge about business practices that impact all areas of your business and have created a top notch business plan that you can use to monitor the success of your business or present to potential business financiers.
Top Of the Line Business Planning Software - The software will automatically format your plan, develop a table of contents, construct charts, graphs, milestones and calculate financial projections. Think of it as your personal MBA, working by your side. And it will be yours even after you complete the course.
40 Contact Hours - In addition to having the completed business plan, those completing the LNCBiz course will be awarded 40.0 contact hours. The University of Oklahoma College of Nursing is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. University of Oklahoma organization approval expires Aug. 31, 2010.
