Join and register: For an additional $145, you can become an AALNC member and register for the conference at the reduced member rate. Be sure to check the “join-and-register” option when you regsiter!

Deadlines: To qualify for the early registration discount, your conference registration materials must be postmarked on or before February 15, 2006. We encourage you to take advantage of the early-registration discount.

The regular registration deadline is March 8, 2006. After that date, you will need to register onsite in Atlanta.

Confirmation packets: You can expect to receive a confirmation packet approximately 3 weeks after we receive your registration materials.

Deductibility of expenses: Registration and membership fees are not deductible as charitable contributions but may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Consult your tax adviser for information.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the attention of AALNC Member Services. A $75 processing charge will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after March 8, 2006. Refunds will be issued after the conference. Please keep a copy of your registration form for your records. AALNC reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds can be made by AALNC for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference.
