If this is your first time attending an AALNC National Educational Conference, take the opportunity to meet other "first-timers" and veterans who will offer suggestions on how to make the most of your AALNC conference experience.

The Welcome Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, April 25 featuring light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. The AALNC Exhibit Hall features exhibitors from companies showcasing products and services that benefit legal nurse consultants, including software, facility programs, consulting, training seminars, home care, medical-legal books, research services, medical services and insurance. This is a great opportunity to learn about advancements that will keep you at the forefront of the consulting field. While you are there, be sure to stop by the AALNC booth to view the full line of resources for legal nurse consultants. Admission to the reception is included in the full conference registration fee.

Don’t forget to participate in the Exhibit Hall Passport Program by visiting each exhibitor’s booth to have your passport stamped. Once your passport is fully stamped simply turn it in to the registration desk to be eligible for a drawing for a complimentary hotel stay during the 2008 Conference.

Gear up for another fun-filled evening of socializing and networking this year! Each chapter has the opportunity to participate in Chapter Night by hosting a display honoring their chapter. This is an excellent opportunity for members to network and showcase their programs. In keeping with the location of Austin, the evening’s theme will be "Texas Round-Up." Attire is casual and western-themed costumes are encouraged.

A prize will be awarded to the chapter with the best Round-Up theme display. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served and a cash bar will be available. Each chapter leader will receive sign-up information within the next few months. Admission is included in the full conference registration fee.

This event provides an opportunity to discuss hot topics and areas of interest with fellow legal nurse consultants. Use this time to broaden your network of professional contacts while sharing ideas and experiences with colleagues.

Please Note: Guest tickets can be purchased for the Welcome Reception and the Texas Round-Up Chapter Night. Cost is $35 per person and includes both events.
