these simple instructions:
- Click on "Click Here to Register" button.
- Fill in the requested information and click "Submit."
- A page will appear confirming your registration. You will not be asked to register again in the
future.
- Click "Log Into Your Account" to be taken to the login page. Please enter the same password
you used during the registration process and click "Log In."
- Once logged into the Travel Center, click on "Group Travel" located in the list of blue boxed that
starts with "Book Travel, Trip Templates, etc."
- Next, please choose the AALNC meeting in April and carefully follow the remaining prompts.
Ground Transportation
Shuttle Bus
Transportation to and from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport and Renaissance Austin is available through SuperShuttle for $15/person one-way or $26/person roundtrip. Follow signs from baggage claim to the SuperShuttle ticket counter and purchase your ticket--no reservation is needed. Payment can be made via credit card or cash, and service is available 24 hours a day. For additional information, please call 512/BLUE-VAN.
Taxi
A taxi is approximately $45 one-way from the airport to the Renaissance Austin. Taxis are readily available outside baggage claim at the airport.
