LNCC Certification

Become certified and earn the credential of a Legal Nurse Consultant Certified (LNCC). This will ensure colleagues, clients, employers and others in the medical-legal field that you are knowledgable, experienced and committed to the nursing specialty of legal nurse consulting.
Receive a substantial discount on LNCC certification exams, offered three times per year.

LNC Locator

Increase your visibility by adding your name to the online marketing database on the AALNC website. The LNC Locator lists each member's contact information, areas of clinical nursing experience and areas of legal expertise and identifies whether the person is an expert witness within those areas. Attorneys use this service free of charge to locate an LNC or expert witness.

Professional Liability Insurance

AALNC members have access to Professional Liability Insurance through Nurses Service Organization. Click here for details on the program officially endorsed by AALNC.

Member Categories and Prices

AALNC's fiscal year is January 1 - December 31. For each dues choice, your membership will be paid through December 31 of the current year. Below is a listing of each membership category and price:

Active: $150.00
Active membership in the Association may be granted to any registered nurse who maintains active licensure in the United States, or is recognized by the International Council of Nurses as a professional nurse who currently provides consultation on healthcare issues within the legal arena. Active members may vote, hold office, serve on committees, and partake of all other benefits of membership as may be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors.

Associate: $150.00
Associate membership in the Association may be granted to registered nurses maintaining active licensure in the United States, or is recognized by the International Council of Nurses as a professional nurse who have an interest in the medical/legal issues.

Sustaining: $230.00
Sustaining membership may be granted to individuals or groups with an interest in the goals and activities of the Association.
