Every person I met at a recent event seemed to be a food, fashion or lifestyle blogger. While I personally love all of these types of blogs, they are not in my career wheelhouse. It made me consider why LNCs (including myself) need to be more active in this area.
There has never been a more important time to expand your skills and credentials in order to advance your career. The American Legal Nurse Consultant Certification Board has three announcements that you should know if you have, or are considering to earn, certification.
What a difference 18 years makes. I was a rarity way back in 1997, when I became a Legal Nurse Consultant and it was still a fairly new specialty practice. Hardly anyone knew what an LNC was, much less what to do with us. Nowadays, you can hardly swing a stethoscope without hitting one...
As I’ve previously mentioned, I’m excited for the transformation of the AALNC Presidents Blog to include voices from other leaders in the legal nurse specialty practice. This is a chance for more ideas, perspectives, and faces to be shared with our greater community.
As AALNC continues to meet the needs of its members, it offers a Webinar Series with well-renowned speakers and dynamic educational presentations from all over the country, covering diverse topics. You may earn CNE contact hours through attending a webinar, see below for those that are upcoming:
