What are the dates for AALNC Annual Forum 2022?

The AALNC Annual Forum 2022 is taking place April 28-30, 202 with Pre-Forum activities starting April 28, 2022.

Where will the Annual Forum be held?

AALNC is excited to host the 2022 Annual Forum at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Orlando, Florida. View our Housing & Travel page to learn more.

When can I expect to book a reservation at the conference hotel?

You can book your reservation today! AALNC has secured an advantageous room rate for the 2022 Annual Forum attendees at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. To take advantage of the discounted AALNC Annual Forum rates, be sure to book your reservation on or before April 2, 2022.

Do I have to be vaccinated to attend AALNC Annual Forum 2022?

Yes, all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 according to the protocols recommended by the CDC and other medical professionals, regardless of registration date. Will exemptions from the vaccine requirement be allowed?

If a medical or religious reason allows for an exemption from being vaccinated, attendees are required to request an exemption. Requests are due by April 1, 2022 to info@aalnc.org.

How will attendees be asked to provide proof of vaccination?

AALNC will be partnering with CLEAR for their Health Pass app. All attendees will be required to use CLEAR to provide proof of vaccination. Instructions for how to use CLEAR will be announced closer to the Annual Forum prior to onsite arrival.

Are masks required to be worn at AALNC Annual Forum 2022?

Masks will be required for all indoor events and activities.

Will a virtual experience be available for AALNC Annual Forum 2022?

At this time, AALNC will not be offering a remote livestream or virtual experience of the Annual Forum. If there are changes regarding offering a portion of the conference on-demand at a later date, Headquarters Staff will communicate that to the membership.

Registration Information

I didn’t receive my registration confirmation. What do I do?

Your registration confirmation email is only sent once payment is received. Please contact info@aalnc.org to resend your confirmation email.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received on or before March 11, 2022 will receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for requests received after March 11, 2022. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@aalnc.org. All refunds will be processed 2 weeks after requests are submitted.

Continuing Education

How many contact hours will be available through 2022 AALNC Annual Forum?

We anticipate that attendees will be able to earn 15.5 contact hours of CNE credit. View the Schedule-at-a-Glance to learn about the education planned for the Annual Forum.
