A portion of the below application requests a personal letter of interest. The personal letter of interest (max 2000 words) should address the following points:

What are your primary and secondary goals for personal professional development that you would like this program to fulfil?
Where do you see your LNC career going in the near future?
If you participated in a mentorship program previously, what was it for and what did you like or dislike?
Describe the level of time commitment you intend to devote to participation in this mentorship program.
Describe your interest in the LNC field and your experience thus far.
