What are the dates for AALNC Annual Forum 2024?

The AALNC Annual Forum 2023 is taking place April 27-29, 2023 with Pre-Forum activities starting April 27, 2023.

Where will the Annual Forum be held?

AALNC is excited to be back at the Omni Louisville Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. View our Housing & Travel page to learn more.

When can I expect to book a reservation at the conference hotel?

You can book your reservation today! AALNC has secured an advantageous room rate for attendees at the Omni Louisville Hotel. To take advantage of the discounted rates, be sure to book your reservation on or before April 4, 2023. 

Health & Safety

What do I need to know about Health & Safety for AALNC Annual Forum 2024?

By attending the AALNC Annual Forum, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. AALNC encourages attendees to follow safety measures according to their personal comfort levels and guidelines set forth by the CDC, the city of Louisville and state of Kentucky.

Registration Information

I didn’t receive my registration confirmation. What do I do?

Your registration confirmation email is only sent once payment is received. Please contact info@aalnc.org to resend your confirmation email.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received on or before March 11, 2023 will receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for requests received after March 11, 2023. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@aalnc.org. All refunds will be processed 2 weeks after requests are submitted.

Continuing Education

How many contact hours will be available through AALNC Annual Forum 2024?

We anticipate that attendees will be able to earn up to 15.25 contact hours of CNE credit. View the Schedule-at-a-Glance to learn about the education planned for the Annual Forum.
